Refund policy

Eligible for Return

You can return almost everything, except for:

  • Customised pre-order products
  • Items with extra sleeves, dupatta, or personalisation
  • Worn Items

For any returns, ensure the items are in their original packaging, with labels and tags intact, unused, unworn and in good condition.

How to Return Items

To initiate a return, email us at hello@maaandme.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return. We will then be in touch with the best address for you to return the products to. 

You can use any shipping service of your choice, but note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If everything checks out, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping charges and any customs duty or taxes are not refundable.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or faulty product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Issues with Customised Orders

Although we thoroughly inspect customised products, if your order does not meet your specifications, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, including a tape measure for scale. We will address the issue together.

Important Information

  • Product measurements may vary by 1-2 inches due to manual measurement. Customisations based on body measurements may result in garments being up to 3 inches larger for girls and up to 5 inches larger for boys. The fit can also vary depending on the design.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return eligible items and place a new order for the correct size.
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. For ready-to-ship orders, cancel before the order is dispatched. Email us at hello@maaandme.co.uk with your order number to cancel.

Additional Information

  • Gift card balances cannot be refunded for cash.
  • We cannot guarantee the durability of products after use.
  • Product images are professionally taken, but actual colours may vary.
  • If any items are missing from your shipment, email us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will investigate.
